Return and Refund Policy

In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Return and Refund Policy and the Fine Print contained within any Vendor Offering, the terms of the Fine Print shall govern. 

SERVICES

Vouchers for Services: Unless otherwise prohibited by the Fine Print of the Voucher, unredeemed Vouchers for services may be returned directly to IncredibleDealsOnline.com within four (4) days of the date of purchase (“Service Voucher Return Period”). All sales are final after expiration of the Service Voucher Return Period. www.goodly.store will not accept for return any unredeemed Vouchers for Service after expiration of the Service Voucher Return Period. All eligible returns for the purchase price of any unredeemed Voucher for services shall be made directly through www.goodly.store under Return Order.

Exceptions: Unless otherwise prohibited by the Fine Print, in the event a Vendor goes out of business or cancels its promotion with www.goodly.store within 28days of the date of purchase of the Vendor Offering, we shall issue a refund of the purchase price of any unredeemed Voucher for services even if submitted for return after expiration of the Service Voucher Return Period.

TICKETED EVENTS

Vouchers for Ticketed Events:  Unless otherwise prohibited by the Fine Print of the Voucher, unredeemed Vouchers for ticketed events may be returned directly to www.goodly.store up to three (3) days prior to the ticketed event start date. (“Ticketed Event Voucher Return Period”). All sales are final after expiration of the Ticketed Event Voucher Return Period. IncredibleDealsOnline.com will not accept for return any unredeemed Vouchers for ticketed events after expiration of the Ticketed Event Voucher Return Period. All eligible returns for the purchase price of any unredeemed Voucher for a ticketed event shall be made directly through www.goodly.store under Return Order.

Exception: Vouchers for ticketed events have no value once the event date and time has passed, unless otherwise (i) stated on the Fine Print of the Voucher, (ii) refundable/exchangeable pursuant to the terms of the event promoter if the event is cancelled or postponed, and/or (iii) required by applicable law.

PRODUCTS

Vouchers for Products: Unless otherwise prohibited by the Fine Print of the Voucher, products may be returned directly to www.goodly.store within ten (10) days of the date after receipt of the purchased product (“Product Return Period”). All sales are final after expiration of the Product Return Period. www.goodly.store will not accept for return any products after expiration of the Product Return Period. All eligible returns for the purchase price of any products shall be made directly through www.goodly.store under Return Order.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, washed, worn, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.

Shipping & Restocking Fees: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of any item, along with a restocking fee. If you receive a refund, a $7.99 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund. Customers shall pay for return shipping cost by taking the item to their local post office and pay based on weight of the item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as follows:

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus a restocking fee of $7.99 per item.
  • If your return is rejected due to not being in its original condition, used, or the item has damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will send the item back to you and will not issue a refund.

Defective Items: If the item is defective, please email us at: return@goodly.store with the full explanation and we will email you back for the return procedures.

GIFT CARDS AND COUPONS

No Returns to goodly.store: All sales of gift cards and coupons are final and may not be returned to IncredibleDealsOnline.com. Vendors shall be responsible for the redemption of any gift cards or coupons purchased through the Platform.

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED HEREIN, INCREDIBLEDEALSONLINE.COM SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DEMANDS PERTAINING TO THE RETURN, REDEMPTION, REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF ANY VENDOR OFFERING PURCHASED THROUGH THE PLATFORM THAT IS SUBMITTED FOR PROCESSING AFTER THE APPLICABLE RETURN PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THIS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY.
